In Jackson Hole, Wyoming, you are right there in some of the most fabulous snow country around. Winter holds the excitement of many snow sports, but skiing is and always will be the favorite. The conditions are usually perfect, and the ski resorts will cater to your every whim.

There are two mountains that are the pick for great skiing - Apres Vous Mountain and Rendezvous Mountain. Apres Vous has more than 2100 vertical feet and also has gentle slopes for beginners at the base. You will take to the slopes while surrounded by the Bridger Teton National Park, and you'll find lodging close to downtown Jackson.

More than just deep powder skiing is available. You can also go tubing, ice skating or snowmobiling. The opportunities never seem to end. For an ideal year-round getaway, Jackson Hole is excellent, but for a winter skiing holiday, you will find none better.
